By using Valentine Lens to buy our WWII prints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. - Buying from Us
We sell authentic WWII prints. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only. - Shipping and Damages
All orders are printed, framed, and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Shipping and processing usually take 7–14 working days on average. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. In line with UK consumer law, delivery will be made within 30 days unless a different timeframe is explicitly agreed. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, or the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for instructions. - Ownership of Photos
All photographs and images on Valentine Lens are owned solely by us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any images without our written permission. - Liability
We aim to describe products accurately. Our liability for faulty products is limited to remedies available under UK consumer law, including replacement or refund where appropriate. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. - Privacy
